How it works with Ride On

The Process & Guidelines

– All service intakes are by appointment only. After receiving a bicycle, the turnaround time on most service is 3-5 days. Completion time may take longer if parts need to be ordered.

– All pricing shown is for labor only. No parts are included unless specified.

– Tandems, trikes, and recumbents may be accepted on a case-by-case basis due to space requirements and use of specialty components. Additional fees apply.

– For liability reasons, Ride On cannot accept eBikes or other motor/engine driven cycles for service. Please defer to the shop from which your eBike originated for guidance.

– Direct-to-consumer bicycles (new bikes not purchased through a bicycle shop) will be accepted on a case by case basis.
